Radio Turf is the official student radio station of the University of Limpopo. It broadcasts from the campus 24 hours a day on the frequency, 103.8 FM to the Greater Mankweng, Boyne, Mamabolo, Mothapo, Mothiba, Dikgale and other tribal communities as well as Polokwane and some parts of Seshego.
The transmission languages are English and Sepedi with a program format of 60% talk and 40% music. Station tagline is “The station that listens to the people” and it is committed to the promotion of culture, accessibility and youth empowerment in the surrounding communities. It is the first station to broadcast radio drama which is recorded, mixed, and mastered in-house.
